LADY BOBCATS SOCCER - THRIVING UNDER PRESSURE
STONE RIDGE, NEW YORK - The Senators hosted Bryant & Stratton College-Albany on Saturday, October 9,2021. With an overall record of 2-4 the Bobcats clawed their way to the win with a final score of 1-0. The Bobcats have strenghtened their defense throughout the season and it paid off on Saturday shutting down the Senators. Lydia Mohendano is credited for the game-winning goal and Maria Teresa Croci for the assist. Offensively, Bryant & Stratton outpaced and outnumbered. "We played a really hard game against a tough Ulster team and won. I'm really proud the team came home with a 1-0 win." Gustavo da Costa, Women's Head Soccer Coach. The Bobcats stand with a record of 3-4 and there's time, talent and games to get themselves to the .500 mark and better. The team seems more determined than ever as they have just three games left in their season.
Goalie, Maddie Herrerra is credited with the shut out, her second for the season. The Bobcats play Monday, October 11, 2021 at 1:00 PM., at home vs Five Towns College.
