Bryant & Stratton College is proud to announce Alaina Lange as the inaugural Head Coach of its newly established women?s flag football program. A decorated multi-sport athlete, accomplished coach, and proven program builder, Lange brings over a decade of coaching experience and a championship mindset to the Bobcats.

A former NCAA Division II student-athlete at The College of Saint Rose, Lange helped lead her soccer team to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances and an ECAC Championship title. Following her collegiate career, she quickly established herself as a respected coach, leading both Schalmont and Lansingburgh High Schools to multiple sectional and state playoff appearances. In 2015, her leadership at Schalmont earned her recognition as NYSPHSAA and Section II Class B Coach of the Year, leading her team to a second State Championship title.

Lange has also made a significant impact in women?s football. In 2024, she assisted in launching Catholic Central High School?s girls? flag football program, helping lay the foundation for their 2025 NYS Section II Class C Championship. She most recently served as Wide Receivers and Special Teams Coach for the NY Knockout Women?s Tackle Football team, contributing to a WFA Division II playoff run and top-10 national rankings in multiple statistical categories.

A standout athlete in her own right, Lange is an Athletic Hall of Fame inductee at both Scotia-Glenville High School and All American Sports for her achievements in soccer and flag football, respectively. She has played in both 5-on-5 and 7-on-7 flag football formats, competing in national events including Ska?moog and the FFWCT Tampa World Championships. She is a four-time WFA All-American and a gold medalist with the USA Women?s National Tackle Football Team at the 2022 IFAF World Games.

Coach Lange holds both USA Football Youth and Advanced Flag Football Certifications, further demonstrating her commitment to athlete safety, skill development, and program excellence.

With a strong foundation in recruitment, leadership, and athlete development, Coach Lange brings a clear vision and a proven record of success to the Bobcats. Her experience, energy, and commitment to building a competitive and empowering program make her the ideal leader for this exciting new era of Bryant & Stratton College women?s flag football.
