Proud to introduce Michael Crossman, Head Esports Coach at Bryant & Stratton College – Albany. With a proven track record of building competitive programs, developing student talent, and growing esports communities, Coach Crossman leads with purpose, structure, and vision.

From recruiting and player development to competition operations, he’s creating a high-performance, student-centered program that bridges academics, athletics, and career readiness. Beyond campus, he’s also the CEO & Founder of Claim to Fame Entertainment LLC and the visionary behind VDO Gaming & Esports Education Center, the Capital Region’s hub for esports and digital skills.
