Bio
Esports Director and Head Coach at Bryant & Stratton College (Albany, NY), bringing a proven track record of building competitive programs, developing student talent, and growing esports communities through structured coaching and operational leadership. He is also the CEO and Founder of Claim to Fame Entertainment LLC and the visionary behind VDO Gaming & Esports Education Center, the Capital Region’s dedicated esports and digital-skills hub.
In his role at Bryant & Stratton, Michael leads program strategy, recruiting, player development, and competition operations—creating a high-performance environment focused on teamwork, discipline, leadership, and measurable improvement. His work bridges athletics and academics, emphasizing student success, career readiness, and community partnerships that expand opportunities for aspiring competitors, creators, and future industry professionals.
