ALBANY SWEEPS SYRACUSE IN WEEKEND SERIES

CORTLAND, NEW YORK- In a weekend series with sister school from Syracuse, the Albany Bobcats took four games from BSC-Syracuse sweeping the series. "This was a great weekend for both our hitters and pitchers. We were able to use thirteen pitchers and excited to see Orlando Leon back on the mound after a six-week rehab stint.  We hit the ball extremely well. We are going into a very tough week with six games against NAIA opponents; Point Park and Fisher College." Bob Godlewski, Head Baseball Coach 

Player of the weekend was earned by Erick Alvarado who had 7 hits, 10 RBI's and 10 plate appearances.
